Sarah Gordon

Sarah Mina Gordon is the cofounder and lead singer in Yiddish Princess.  Sarah has recorded and performed with the top Yiddish groups in the world including The Klezmatics, Frank London’s Klezmer Brass All-Stars, Daniel Kahn and The Painted Bird and others. Sarah's mother is Adrienne Cooper, a mother of the Klezmer revival and one of the world's premier interpreters of Yiddish song.  Sarah is reinventing the tradition of Yiddish music with Yiddish Princess by making it Rock. Hard.

Michael Winograd

Yiddish Princess keyboardist and cofounder Michael Winograd lives a double life.  By day he is one of the worlds leading Klezmer clarinetists, spending his time touring and teaching worldwide, recording and producing records.  But by night everything changes. He puts down the clarinet, slicks back his hair, and rocks out with his synth in YIDDISH PRINCESS.  When he fires up his icy river sounds, you never know what's gonna happen.

Avi Fox-Rosen

Avi Fox-Rosen lives, works, and plays in Brooklyn NY. On the first day of each month of 2013,  Avi releases an original EP of brand new music produced by him, for you. 

on january 1st start listening. 

Avi leads a rock band called Double Double. And he also plays guitar with many wonderful people in many wonderful places. 
Bands include Yiddish Princess, .357 Lover,Benjy Fox-Rosen's Hayse Trer, Basya Schechter, Daniel Kahn, Frank London, Aftselokhes Auxiliary Music Brigade, and many more.

Ari Folman-Cohen

Ari Folman-Cohen started his musical career at age four  by playing
Suzuki Violin. After about 10 years he decided to switch to the
electric bass and was much happier.  Next up was college, The Harrt
School of Music, where he had the great opportunity to study under the
Legendary Alto Saxaphone player Jackie Mclean. The two years following
his graduation was spent  touring the United States with Trey
Anastasio's trumpet player and vocalist Jennifer Hartswick. Since
moving to Brooklyn in 2005  Ari' has been busy performing  and
recording a diverse range of music ranging from the Indie Soul sounds
of his band Aabaraki to the  Heavy Metal Yiddish 80's rock of the band
Yiddish Princess and everything in between.  Ari continues to
perform,tour and record nationally,internationally and galatically.

Yoshie Fruchter

Yoshie Fruchter is a guitar and bass player whose band, Pitom has released two albums on John Zorn's Tzadik records and has received critical acclaim from Jazz Times magazine, the Wall Street Journal, Guitar Player Magazine and many more.   He has also toured internationally with Pitom and other NYC based groups.

In addition, Yoshie a sought-after freelance musician in New York City and has performed with John Zorn, Cyro Baptista, Frank London and David Krakauer, among many others.
